		<description>Hi Duane, sorry to hear about the server crash.  :/  That's a bummer.  Glad you liked the motivation post!  :D  It was a spur of the moment kind of thing that I just tossed out there one day and it's gotten more attention than the rest of my blog posts combined!  It's amazing how so many people just don't get that some very minor details can really motivate and empower those that support you.  Thanks again for the link!
